🔸By booking with me you agree to this cancellation policy. 🔸Please come to your appointment with bare nails, I do not have the tools to remove acrylic because I use hard gel for extensions. Gel polish is acceptable but only on top of the natural nail. 🔸I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This fee is waived if your cancellation is COVID-19/illness related. 🔸No refunds. If you experience issues within 3 days of your appointment it will be fixed free of charge. 🔸Clients must be age 16 or older. 🔸If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, or you will receive an abbreviated appointment for your original service price, whichever is applicable. 🔸I require a card on file for every scheduled appointment but it does not get charged until the day of your service upon completion. 🔸I do accept cash but have limited change, so no big bills etc I'm not a bank! 🔸Each situation is unique so please don't hesitate to contact me about it to see if we can compromise!
